Be a member of a larger Talent Acquisition Team by partnering and assisting colleagues at other locations to optimize company priorities and objectives.
As Talent Acquisitions’ POC and partner to your assigned hiring managers, you will be responsible for the full talent acquisition lifecycle for their staffing needs.
You will gain an in-depth knowledge of staffing requirements to source, attract and hire passive and active candidates.
Conduct thorough prescreening and assessment of potential candidates.
Assist with scheduling and be the key interview facilitator.
Ensure physical and electronic files and records are accurate and entered timely to meet reporting, compliance and audit standards.
