The Key Account Manager role at Expit will be responsible for enterprise account management which includes the following responsibilities, ensure customer satisfaction with delivered products and services, maintain customer relations on behalf of Expit, qualification of opportunities, development of proposals, conducting presales activities, post-sales account management, customer education, collect and action customer feedback, and liaison with service delivery teams. The Account Manager is expected to deliver consultative advice approach targeting enterprise-grade clients; the Account Manager will receive training to gain knowledge about the different service offerings at Expit.
