About the role:
A multi-national energy and automation solutions company is looking for a Sales Director to develop their distribution network in Saudi Arabia.
Define sales strategies, customer action plans for the official Distributors.
Lead the achievement of the Transactional sales Target with official distributors.
Lead, manage, supervise, develop and motivate the sales team and channel managers.
Manage with the finance team the financial impacts & dues of assigned customers.
Contribute in the commercial policy definition for Official distributors.
Actively participate in marketplace activities and business development efforts.
A proven track record of selling automation solutions within the Saudi Arabia region.
Proven experience in managing a sales/account management team.
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of supervisory levels and departments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
