- Overall responsible for sales to HORECA, distributors, and sales out of distributors.
- Achieve/exceed quarter / annual sales objectives of the assigned territories for FS portfolio in both Beverage and Bakery.
- Book orders to be delivered via one of the operating FS distributors who will handle the logistics, invoicing collection, and after sales follow up for stock replenishment.
- Follow up on distributor sales and coverage to maximize no of active customers and overall sales out.
- Open 2-3 international restaurant chains to deal directly (sales, delivery, and collection) with Osterberg.
- Train distributor sales reps/conduct demos to increase no of sku’s sold per customer.
- Work closely with Sales Support on pricing, distributor management and marketing plans execution.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade association meetings to promote the products.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and ensure customers are served according to the company codex.
- Secure efficient coordination of other functional resources (sales support, finance, logistics …etc.).
- Build customer database in coverage vs universe, keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services as well as keeping the company updated about the market situation, competitors and development.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop market analysis and recommend to the GM / SM.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service by liaising with other departments.
- Ensure timely submission for the requested daily / weekly / monthly sales/management reports.
