Duties and responsibilities:
- This BDE role will be responsible of selling Recruiting & Training solutions to the corporates in the region such as Saudi, UE, Kuwait & Qatar mainly.
- He/She will be responsible of liaising with customers with a 360 degree approach, meaning from the very initial stage of communication with customers until closing the deal covering the proposal drafting & negotiation stage.
- Hit the monthly target of input (#of contacted companies & # of proposals sent) as well as hitting the output target (Dollar value target & # of customers won per month).
- This role will work directly with the directors of Forefront where a weekly report has to be submitted to them summarizing the weekly activities and performance.
- This role will be exposed and work directly with the Training & recruitment managers at the customers’ side.
- Responsible of building relationship with customers for long term matters.
