Applications are invited for the position of Chair, Foundation Year Program at Niagara College KSA, Al Ahsa female campus. Reporting to the Associate Principal, Academic, the Chair is responsible for a multi-faceted academic leadership role planning and overseeing curriculum, staff and faculty. This role involves the coordination of the Foundation program, curriculum review and development, the effective hiring, training, and on-going supervision of faculty, teaching for up to eight (8) hours per week, and the management of workload assignments/timetabling. The Chair also works toward critical enrollment and retention targets, manages learner progress, and develops ongoing ESL language support strategies to ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and internal progression targets. Additionally, the Chair is involved in providing assistance in the monitoring of an expense budget and management of the overall academic programming under the guidance of the Associate Principal, Academic.
