The human resource (HR) specialist will be responsible for HR operational tasks and employee administration. The HR specialist will be the first point of contact for all team members in relation to HR functions and consultation. The scope of responsibilities for this role will include end to end HR operations including but not limited to employee data management, employee onboarding & terminations, employee vacation management, maintenance of HR records, administration of health benefits, talent management, payroll, GOSI, Saudization management, staff training, performance evaluation, reporting, inter-departmental support on HR related matters and other HR ad hoc tasks.
The HR specialist will be required to interact with all firm-wide teams and various management levels. The specialist will design, implement and improve HR workflows and processes. The specialist will provide insights on HR processes and procedures to the business team in relation to their commercial needs. The specialist will also assist management on outlining HR elements for strategy and planning purposes.
In summary, this role will provide the candidate an opportunity to utilize their existing HR skills set, build a more diverse experience base through practical on the job learning and really take ownership of moving forward the HR department.
