• Develop and lead all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Expand and develop marketing platforms
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver all elements of the marketing plan within the agreed budget
• Report on return on investment and key performance metrics for all executed activities
• Develop the pricing strategy for new brands
• Managing and liaising with media, advertising and PR partners to manage the business
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other department to build the business and achieve set KPIs
• Continuously monitor industry best practices and report to line manager
• Lead and coach brand ambassadors and designer, enabling an environment for continued high performance.
• Facilitate the formal and informal feedback processes ensuring effective performance management
• Identify training needs and make sure that the right training programs are put in place.
• Develop and implement AlShiaka cultural behaviors
• Drive change, propose improvements in work processes in order to ensure continuously high motivation of the department.
