1.Track and follow up on attendance, absences, and annual leaves of all employees
2. Receipt of penalties memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non-departure)
3. Registering all the new hired employees on the finger print machine to be reflected on SAP
4. Handling different aspects of payroll monthly time sheet; absence recording, vacation recording, also preparing different reports
5. Audit employee timesheets for hours worked to calculate meals allowances
6. Maintains and processes payroll records and reports for accounting of salary/wages due, accruals, deductions and other payroll functions.
7. Providing general support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports.
