Sales Executive - Readymix


Job Purpose:


They are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients:
answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Their work includes: organizing sales visits. Demonstrating / presenting products.


Principal Accountabilities:


Health & Safety


  • Zero personal involvement in accidents.
    Required to submit Near miss & VFL reports.

  • Communication of Health & Safety policies and issues to all subordinates.

  • Commit to and achieve policy rules on limits of working hours by employees.

  • Report and document all accidents / incidents / Near misses for himself/herself
    and his/her team in the approved company format.

Environmental Management (Environmental Management Skills)


  • Awareness and adherence to statutory regulations and decrees.

  • Respects and follows procedures in place

  • Indicates a non-compliance or environmental incident to his N+1

Sales


  • Ensure delivering volumes ASP,MOM for the plant and achieve monthly sales
    targets

  • Carry out customer segmentation / Market survey to identify target market.

  • Visit customer prospects to assess their current and future demands /
    requirements and negotiate prices, volumes and extra services.

  • Monitor daily activities of the plant

  • To collect the payments from regular customers and new customers.
