Our client who is a prestigious and well-respected property development company has partnered with Gulf Connexions to assist them in identifying an experienced, energetic and self-motivated Sales Manager to join their team based in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be a sales focused, target orientated, energetic individual who is driven to excel.
• New business responsibilities include the identification, qualification, development and execution of strategy.
• Developing sales strategies for continual improvement of department performance.
• Analysing business potential and implementing plans to drive channels for attaining sales target.
• Lead & Supervise the activities of sales team in order to meet sales target.
• Conduct performance management requirements for setting objectives, monitoring and measuring results/deliverables.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Building and managing your own pipeline opportunities as well as providing leadership to a team of Sales Manager and Associates.
• Follow company marketing initiatives; providing ideas, guidance and support to marketing campaigns;
• Communicate crucial market, trade and competitive information.
