•Manages and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a medical equipment
• Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques
• Development, implementation, and monitoring of annual sales forecast.
• Coach, develop, directs, and oversee Sales engineer activities in their areas
• To assist the management in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall cooperate sales objectives.
• Achieve budgeted sales target through development of a business vision that translates into both short and long term plans, utilizing tactical and proper field activities.
• Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information, and handle other related duties as assigned.
• To provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing & new customers.
