We are seeking for an Admin / Receptionist to join our company.
- Answer phone calls in proper manner.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, RERA Forms etc).
- Accuracy, record keeping, document filing and practicing due diligence are the key parameters for this role.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- responsible for all listings approval and meeting criteria of each portals
- Real Estate background is a MUST
- Requires strong computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar and knowledgeable with myCRM, Dubizzle, Propertyfinder, Bayut.
- Familiar with Trakheesi procedures
-knows how to prepare NOC for rentals and sales
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
