•Prepare periodical sales reports requested by branch manager and send copies to Channel Services, Operations Director and CMO
•Coordinate all correspondence between Head Office and Life sales force (underwriting requests, circulars…) and follow up its implementation.
•Make sure that all materials needed for life sale activities are always available and sufficient (Application forms, Brochures….)
•Maintain all Life registers and books and keep them up-to-date and complete.
•Receive all clients’ written requests either directly or through consultants
•(Ex: Surrenders, Endorsements, Cash Value requests…), scan and save them on life system and send originals to Head Office for processing.
•Overview all administration needs of branch (stationary, supplies, services, bills…) and coordinate proper action with office manager at H.O.
•Perform any other assignment as may be required by Operations Director.
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
•Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
•Handling all issues relating to personnel files of the agents
