• Respond to and Resolve End-User's IT Request (opened by Ticket, Email, Phone Call).
• Respond to and Resolve assigned task by the supervisor or project manager/lead.
• Follow up on Tickets or Tasks.
• Communicate with the supervisor on pending tickets/tasks and escalate as necessary.
• Follow up on open ticket with Other IT staff that have an urgency or priority.
• Support & Issue Resolution of Telephony system in the main building and site.
• Work with team Region Team members on assigned IT Project.
