We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Marketing Management of the service and will be responsible for the branding and promotion strategy of the RATP Dev operation.
Qualified candidates must be self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly-motivated to provide excellent leadership, people management with a strong marketing & communication support to the Operations Manager while maintaining focus on customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Responsibilities include digital and offline strategy planning, managing digital and offline projects, successful delivery, monitoring success, reporting and ensuring best-practices are followed to achieve marketing objectives. Your primary duties will be, but not limited to:
- Setting up and running online and offline marketing campaigns across all channels
- Plan the marketing strategy with a strong initial focus on brand awareness
- Management of the performance of the marketing efforts following some proposed KPI's
- Setting up key partnerships to drive customer acquisition
- Developing our content marketing strategy, including developing blog posts
- Willingness to support the operations by monitoring them once a week
- Oversee customer support via a CRM Tool and ensure consistency of customer service within the operations (shift managers, drivers).
