Urgently required Recruitment Specialist
-Prepare annual manpower planning requirements to
determine the manpower needs and meet the company current and future requirements by reviewing and discussing each estimated manpower requirement
-Identifies new positions required
-Carries out all Company recruitment activities
- Screening incoming CVs & conduct telephone interviews , First Interviews, Technical Evaluation Tests for new recruits.
- Using Facebook , Linkedin and Recruiting agencies for headhunting
Preparing training session and follow up training results
Preparing and executing Performance appraisal on quarterly basis.
Helping in preparing training, recruiting & PA results.
