• Manage all operational aspects of the office, including administration and finances
• Prepare all reports such as inventory, financial and communicate with Managers when required

• Organizes files; claims documents, documents received and medical reports according to set standards and retrieved files as necessary.
•Determines all incoming faxes and channel documents to respective department accordingly.
