Ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office director by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone


Office Administrator Job Duties:


  • organising meetings and managing databases

  • booking transport and accommodation

  • organising company events

  • ordering stationery and furniture

  • dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries

  • preparing letters, presentations and produces accurate weekly reports

  • managing office budgets/expenses/supplier payments

  • managing company apartments

  • liaising with staff in the Zurich office, suppliers and clients

  • implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems

  • ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

  • using a range of software packages

  • attending meetings with senior management
