Can manage the team of sales & operations as a regional head.
Taking care of day to day operations, approvals, assignments, controlling, decision taking and improve the region at all levels.
Create, Implement & maintain sales plan for Wholesales network.
Achieve/ Exceed achievement of revenue targets, quantity targets, receivables targets, undelivered targets, dealer expansion , dealer development, new dealer addition and profits through effective people management and efficient business plans.
Maintain sales volume, targeted product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Sell in maximization by negotiating and finalizing the terms of contract with all the dealers in your assigned region
Sell out maximization by excellent display, demonstration & merchandising activities.
Assign sales territories and route plan for the sales staff in the assigned region.
Monitor the sales team to ensure they are maintaining excellent relations and networks with their assigned dealers and obtaining/ exceeding their commitment for the projected sales targets for the quarter/year and maximizing sell-in and sell-out.
Liaise with other senior executives across the organization to ensure operations strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
Strict adherence to credit guidelines to minimize over dues and ensure there is zero deviation from agreed credit limits and credit days.
Bring in operational efficiency and minimize wastages/ loss of business in terms of damaged goods and sales returns.
Implement aggressive strategies to maximize sales and market shares. Liaise with Govt. agencies, Vendors & Dealers on a periodic basis.
Implement cost cutting initiatives.
Ensure quality assurance procedures are implemented and followed as per ISO norms.
Introduce systems, procedures, policies to streamline business operations to achieve efficiency and increased accountability for the staff.
Ensure strict adherence to company’s policies, procedures and guidelines by the entire sales team.
Introduce reporting systems to monitor department wise performance on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly /half yearly & yearly basis.
