Assist in the development of strategic objectives and KPIs for the Sales Department and ensure that the Sales Department’s employees are working towards the achievement of these objectives.
Develop the Sales Department’s annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
Develop sales budget and generate potential business leads for the sales team to follow through; design annual marketing calendar for the Sales Executives & Marketing Representatives and ensure its effectiveness.
Develop and ensure implementation of the Sales Department’s policies and procedures in order to achieve the Division’s objectives.
Manage the sales operations for the Retail Categories product line of the Division catering to private and public customers and direct end users (such as vehicle lift, stair lift, patient hoist, supporting accessories, adaptive devices, customized furniture, etc.).
Develop a business plan covering retail sales, revenue, and expense controls, in addition to meeting agreed targets, and promoting Company Retail Categories products throughout the local market through excellent referrals management.
Forecast sales evaluation for all Retail Categories product lines and direct the sales initiatives to create demand in new & existing markets.
Oversee and conduct presentations & demonstrations of Company Retail Categories medical equipment at potential client premises (car showrooms, universities, corporate offices, government & private hospitals, clinics, etc.) in an attempt to persuade potential clients to use Company products.
Develop and execute long & short term sales targets and collection targets for the sales team, in each Retail Category product and for respective showrooms.
