Implements and tracks sales operations assigned activities By managing ERP system projects, implementing trade marketing activities and developing regular reports, to ensure efficiency of ERP system, superior execution of trade marketing activities and consistency of distributors’ operations.
1. Managing distributors, Industrial, Key Account shipments by submitting replenishment orders and following up on logistic department to ensure consistency of shipments.
2. Leads order processing cycle by developing / executing order procedures to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at distributors and customer levels.
3. Use ERP system, train subordinates by complete utilization of order management system to better managing order / return processes as well to have better analysis presentation for both processes.
4. Preparation of demand planning process and monthly closing by SKU to ensure achievement of monthly primary targets.
5. Manage/ Follow up Market / Quality issues by developing quality report to ensure quick and continuous feedback to concerned departments (QC, MKTG, and Logistics).
6. Manage returns by analyzing return reasons and destination to adjust distributors’ financials.
7. Monitor under shipping orders by following up on distributors’ warehouses to ensure actual distributors’ deliveries and lead time efficiency.

- Interacting with Sales field Managers, logistics, Finance and Distributors’ accountants.
