Ø Handle -new implementation projects .
Ø Remote and Onsite support for Call manager , Unity , UCCX , IMP and expressway.
Ø Troubleshooting , identify and resolve voice issues.
Ø Manage Customer faults and issues .
Good experience in Call manager, Unity, Contact center, and Expressway is required Collaboration , TMS , CMS
CCNP Collaboration is required; CCIE Collaboration is a PLUS.
Years of Exp.:
Proven work experience from 4- 6 Years in Cisco voice products.

Solid written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
