Position Purpose


The Account Manager position’s main purpose is to create & maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. He/she is also responsible for connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. In addition, He/she will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Experience and Business Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience


Tasks, duties and Responsibilities 


Below is a list of material responsibilities and essentials duties which must be completed to achieve the objectives of this position.


  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts

  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients

  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion

  • Manage account(s) within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals

  • Identifies and capture opportunities to grow business with existing clients

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner

  • Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

  • Keep records of client transactions

  • Representing client's interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, contractual and non-contractual expectations, deliverable, and other factors to internal team members

  • Scheduling and organizing client account calls, meetings, presentations and delivery of related materials and reports

  • Utilize analytics and other relevant data to identify key performance indicators, make data driven decisions to drive business recommendations and to communicate client’s return on investment

  • Identifying and presenting opportunities for growth in the client relationship to internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage and optimize resources required for the account(s)

  • Report to the Senior Operations Manager – DCEO on account(s) status, sales figures and suggest improvements
