To ensure the achievement of company sales targets by managing the operational tasks and promote the brand image by applying the highest customer service standards and SOP through the team.
• Support the sales director/ GM in sales forecasting and business plan.
• Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly reports explaining performance.
• Highlight new customer trends and needs, track competitors and provide product feedback.
• Ensure that all sales team within the area are following the company and departmental policy and procedures.
• Complete successfully the audits Report.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and marketing visuals.
• Contribute in and Highlight any training requirements for team members to improve their skills, and following up on the implementation of training activities.
• Control cash flow and sales deposits activities.
• Control store/ area expenses and operations cost.
• Ensure the accuracy of stock at stores all the time and lease with the stock control department for stock counting.
• Lease with merchandise and supply chain departments to solve any stock related issues.
