Provide Complete Proposal (Design & Estimate) on Systems & Services (Smart Lighting Systems, Lighting Controls, Energy Efficiency Solution and Alternative Energy Solar PV System), and work closely with Clients, consultant offices, Architects, to inject our products specification into new and existing projects and promote new concept and Products. This role is sales-driven involving complete multi-level selling with the account and required products knowledge/skills and coordination with the technical support team.
As a Specification role, you'll need to:
• Analyze , Update & own, systems & services segment based on the requirements and get projects specified in line with set target.
• Timely submission of Design proposal along with all technical data and commercial queries.
• Follow up to ensure incorporation of our products specification at design stage of the project.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultant offices and customer’s representative /
decision makers and provide them with all Technical data/catalogues , product innovation in
coordination with our principals.
• Coordinate with Sales team for their special design requirement and understanding the concept of new products introduction / technology from design point of view.
• Update projects list at design stage regularly and be aware of upcoming pojects with consultants offices and submit data.
• Continually learning new systems & services technologies in coordination with our Principals and future strategic partners.
As a Sales role, you'll need to:
• Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated segments.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
• Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
• Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts help in the design of custom-made products
