A Saudi candidate is required to fill the position of HRBP in Jizan project with the following responsibilities:
Delivering the right level of HR support to the business in order to manage the people challenges.
· Support business managers in maximizing productivity & safety of staff as per the Group scorecard.
· Ensure the delivery of specialist or generalist HR services so that service requirements are met
· Supports the activation of the talent strategy for the business by developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities
· Partner with Strategy & Planning to implement change initiatives to deliver enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business
· Supports the collection of Human Resources/Organization Effectiveness metrics and measurement for the business across the HR lifecycle.
· Supports the activation of the local Human Resources plan (including the talent component)
· Monitors and addresses legal compliance issues to ensure that the organization complies with HR and local labor law
· Interfaces with HR specialist function heads for delivery of core HR services to the business and monitors quality and timeliness of service provision
· Resolves HR service provision issues through HRBP.
· Evaluates effectiveness of people management practices and processes.
· Ensures delivery of HR development activities.
· Ensures delivery of employee surveys.
· Acts as a problem solver and escalation point for HR services
· Support in identifying and Implementing HR development activities
- Reports to and supports the business leadership operationally and functionally to the HRBP.
- Interfaces with key internal HR service providers to ensure that RDB ELSEIF receives the required support.
- Liaises with Business Units / Departments Heads on all HR matters.
- Coordinates with other management across the business units to ensure that the HR operational policies and procedures are effectively implemented throughout the organization.
Interacts, on a daily basis, with the business leadership teams for operational and other business related matters / issues.
