- Achieve Sales & Budget Targets for IBS in KSA
- Builds & Executes Customer Strategy and Business Plan for Frozen platform in KSA across priority channels
- Identify & build a pipeline of profitable customer installations for frozen beverages across designated KA’s & HORECA
- Working with application & Marketing to bring new/novel concepts to market & generate new business from customers
- Work with customers & activation team to develop & execute customer specific promotions to drive volumes
- Working in closely with food service HORECA team to introduce ICEE & JCDC platform
- Ensure orders are communicated to sales coordinators accurately and on time.
- Ensuring account receivables are collected on time. Be aware of customer’s financial health to prevent bad debts.
- Working closely with Customer & Technical Service teams to ensure high customer service levels.
Negotiate volume deals & commercials with KA’s & HORECA customers
Monitors Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution & volumes on a monthly basis
Plays active ambassador role to promote the frozen platform & support HORECA sales team
