Our client is a group that consists of a manufacturing and construction company among other sister companies and business interventions. We need a Business Development Manager responsible for defining and implementing sales strategy and action plans that is in line with the group's strategy through identifying local, regional and global opportunities to meet sales targeted, brand positioning and create market awareness to Group.


• Assist in developing or improving Business Development materials to represent the group and approach potential and existing clients through various channels (Contacts, Bids, referrals and others) to present Form Group
• Create technical and financial proposal per project through providing Technical Office, Project Manager and Production on time with all requisition details to develop the best possible solution on the market, ensure best quality/pricing and close the sale
• Confirm client requirements are understood and reflected on the proposal technically and financially through attending sales meetings – bids or client meetings – to present solution and amend as required and possible to ensure client satisfaction, ensure best quality/pricing and closing the sale
• Monitor project implementation through tracking performance of the assigned Line of Business and cooperating in any technical required consultation to ensure attending to client requirements, on time delivery and quality of deliverable
• Implement improvement needs extracted from the Client Satisfaction Survey (VOC- Voice of the client) when possible through studying the VOC results and assess needs to analyze client satisfaction and business growth
• Keep abreast with market trends and monitor competitors’ activities through research and development to ensure driving competitive conversions and market share gain
• Works with technical office and production to identify new areas of business/ revenues within current customers/accounts to ensure continuous and sustainable work with clients
• Report any appropriate activities that have taken place and on progress achieved in meeting planned goals to keep track with projects performance and communicate with clients needed information
• Establish and maintain public relations with customers, governmental bodies, suppliers & vendors to meet business and profitability growth objectives
• Reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives
• Develop departmental process and procedures through documenting policies and procedures to enhance work process and ensure consistency
• Coach, develop, monitor and follow up on team members performance for improving productivity and skills competencies to ensure people development and high performance
