Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Identifying Potential Customers, mapping the HR Organization of the Prospective Customers and reaching out to the HR Heads to acquire Business.
- Demonstrating and explaining Silah HR Products to the HR Professionals in the industry in the best possible way.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in various organizations for business development.
- Ensure, Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets are achieved both in terms of New Client acquisition and Repeat Business from existing Customers.
- Implement sales strategies.
- Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects.
- You set up targets & ensure they are reached.
- You organize trainings for the team when needed.
- You are responsible for the development/ acquisition of key accounts.
- You manage the existing key accounts & ensure a maximum exposure of your employer.
- Preparing proposals and marketing campaigns .
- You lead by example.
