We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to support our team, please note that we will be providing adequate training and guidance.
The person will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as:
- Respond promptly to managers’ queries.
- Following up & entering registrations related to our workshops and events.
- Replying promptly to daily email requests.
- Helping prepare for workshops/events/ videos and photo shoots ( prep & setup & during).
- Help with registrations/payment collection & entries during the workshop/event.
- Hands-on help during videos and photo shoot days.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks & liaising with the accountant.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database, keeping track of inventory.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Organizing travel and accommodation.
- Update social media.
- Update website.
- Create certificates for all workshop attendees.
- Liaise with print house on manuals and seminar required materials.
- Create news letters.
