The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, payroll management, employee counseling and maintaining records and information all in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.
1- Prepare Recruitment- ad and use effective strategies to source the right candidates.
2- Manage contracts with recruitment agencies (invoices, meetings and etc.)
3- Source, screen and select suitable profiles as per the manpower plan and present to hiring manager a short list.
4- Interview for lower level positions and schedule and organize interviews for higher level with the concerned department for next round of interviews.
5- Prepare and send rejection emails to the unsuccessful candidates.
6- Preparing monthly recruitment report for the Department Manager.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/ PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
1- Maintain HR files with all relevant document and employee information electronically and in hard copies.
2- Advice employees on company’s Policies and procedures and Kuwait labor law.
3- Respond to employees queries on resignations, end of services etc…
4- Coordinating, negotiating and renewing Medical and life insurance in compliance to Kuwait Labor Law.
