General Insurance Broker
Our Client is a leading broker in the UAE and provider of General Insurance solutions. With offices located in strategic area of Business Bay in Dubai, they are focused on providing high quality services that meet the needs of their large and diverse client base. Our Client recognizes the importance of thier human resources to achieve these goals, so we are looking for outstanding candidates to fill this position.
• Identify and solicit prospects, schedule and attend meetings, explain General Insurance policies and products, closing the transaction, providing quotes and following up.
• Building and maintaining business relationships with clients.
• Already have an existing experience and portfolio of clients.
• Attend office daily to prepare for each day’s activities
• Assess, discuss client's current and future General Insurance needs.
• Guide clients through the process of selecting the most appropriate General Insurance for them.
• Liaise between clients and insurance companies, finding the client the best deal for General Insurance cover. Negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance providers.
• Provide and arrange the most appropriate General Insurance cover for clients with the insurance provider.
• Prepare reports for insurance underwriters.
• Collect insurance premiums.
• Advise clients on making claims on their policies.
• Renew or amend existing policies for clients.
• General administrative duties
• Create and execute effective marketing strategies to sell General Insurance plans to new clients or up-sell to current clients. Using methods such as networking, cold calling etc. Spot opportunities and cultivate trust with potential clients.
• Follow the market trends and continuously refurbish knowledge on products and services by researching.
