ô¸ Handles IT tickets life cycle via the service desk system
ô¸ Delivers logs, issues analysis, systems reports & KPIs on time
ô¸ Maintains the IT CMDB
ô¸ Acts for systems probes raised issues once triggered
ô¸ Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software, using the standard business and administrative packages; may modify specific applications for use in operational departments
