As Pastry Chef you will work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director to constantly develop the menu and create daily pastries in the main kitchen. Your main responsibilities will be to showcase your creativity and passion for pastry, constantly developing new pastries both savory and sweet, to offer a continuous flow of new flavours and textures to the customers. You will manage a team of 3 and be responsible for creating a training module to be scaled across all units as the brand expands. You will also be focused on ongoing research and development as well as oversee full day to day operations in the kitchen.
The main cooking you need to know how to do is donuts, crepes, cookies and etc..
