Job Description: Coordinates, organizes, executes and verifies payroll processing and associated activities which includes employee salaries, employee final settlements, vacation payments, employee loan etc. As per the job requirement so as to ensure timely and accurate payments to the concerned employees or agencies as per the approved policies and procedures of the company. In addition, he is responsible for maintaining confidential payroll for MD and Higher Management.
·Plans, organizes and executes payroll processing in 3rd and 4th week of every month based on the Time attendance records from Riyadh Office.
·Calculates the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions and loans.
·Processes all types of payments like vacation payments, final termination payments, Loan request payments, special Payments, etc., based on Head of HR & Administration approval as per the policy of the company.
·Runs payroll calculation after taking file backup and sends payroll bank file to any assigned Bank.
·Performs Bank reconciliation process payroll for any assigned Bank.
·Runs end of pay period, generates accounting entries, and uploads payroll journal voucher to General Ledger Section of the Finance Department and takes file backup and purges deleted records. Reorganizes the files after initializing transaction files.
·Coordinates and processes the payment of Employee’s loan and updates employee payroll record for regular repayment of contributions as per the company policy in monthly installments.
·Generates and submits reports of Payroll General Vouchers, bank reconciliation statements, etc. on time to Finance Department on matters related to payroll activities for financial reconciliation purposes.
·Maintains addition and deletion of monthly record of employees and ensures record conformity between GOSI and Labor Office.
·Updates annual wages of employees and their monthly allowances on GOSI website and ensures the correctness of information.
·Maintains necessary record of all Work Related Injuries and follow-ups on Work Related Injuries compensation with GOSI, also distributes GOSI cheques of employee medical compensation.
·Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
·Maintains record of employees Loans & Advance salary.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed by division head.
