Plans, directs and coordinates the company’s commercial division activities by formulating and monitoring the commercial division plans and programs to meet objectives toward growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Strengthens the internal coordination to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales support function.
Participates in formulating and setting of company pricing strategy and policy, price and cost lists, and pricing initiatives in line with company goals and guidelines upon consulting with the Financial Department and the CEO
Ensures collaboration with the branch managers and other concerned entities in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company in the assigned region as well as participating in the development of sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines in the assigned region.
Ensures that activities of sales forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain activities are aligned to ensure product availability in the market with minimum risk of inventory cost.
Works closely with the company’s sales team; enables them to meet their commercial objectives by provides them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
Monitors the performance of the commercial teams to achieve the objectives agreed upon and directs them on corrective actions when targets are underachieved.
Directs patient care and customer experience standards policies and procedures to be implemented across all commercial functions and company branches.
Monitors all patient care activities on periodic basis to ensure patient care service is provided in utmost professional manners to ensure patient satisfaction from company products and offered services.
Ensures that the management of the commercial team can build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
Directs market research activities and analysis to create detailed business plans on new business leads and opportunities
Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor
Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.
Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review.
Specifying manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at the company.
Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned personnel in the Human Resources and Administration Division.
Following-up on subordinates’ affairs including vacations, leaves …etc.
Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company.
